Join the Cliburn as we celebrate Lunar New Year! For centuries Lunar New Year has been celebrated throughout Asia to welcome the spring, honor family and tradition, and start the year with prosperity and new beginnings.
In five concerts over four days, the 2027 Cliburn Festival welcomes the Year of the Fire Goat! Artists-in-residence will perform a variety of solo, chamber, and vocal works, celebrating Asian heritage and classical works that signal renewal and embody the unique blend of the gentle, artistic Goat energy coupled with the passionate, decisive Fire element as traditionally attributed by the Chinese zodiac. Start your year with good fortune, prosperity, and joy at the 2027 Cliburn Festival.
