Cliburn 180° is DFW's premier group for arts-minded young professionals

Cliburn 180° is the perfect opportunity for people in their 20s and 30s to meet new friends and hear fantastic classical music from exceptional, award-winning pianists. This season takes you to one of Fort Worth’s newest, coolest bars, in addition to fun house parties hosted by some of our most dedicated Cliburn supporters. Cliburn 180° is a festive introduction to the world of the Cliburn and its artists, programs, and community.

The Cliburn 180° season runs September to May, with events specially designed for young professionals who want to socialize, network, and enjoy classical music. Join today to be an integral part of the Cliburn community as we launch the Seventeenth Van Cliburn International Piano Competition in May 2025.

Regardless of when they are purchased, memberships cover one performing arts season, which runs August to June.

Volunteer as a Competitor Social Host

The Cliburn needs Social Hosts, dedicated volunteers in their 20s and 30s who are willing to donate their time to assist Host Families with transportation, attend their competitors’ performances, and host social outings when appropriate. Become a Social Host and establish lifelong friendships with some of the most talented musicians in the world, and become a part of a 60-year legacy of showcasing Fort Worth to the world.
