The Cliburn’s popular Pop-Up Concert series returns this fall with 2013 Cliburn finalist Fei-Fei on Saturday, October 2, 2021, and violin/piano duo Charles Yang and Peter Dugan on Saturday, November 6, 2021, in the outdoor courtyard at The Post at River East (2925 Race Street), both at 5:00 & 7:30 p.m. Individual tickets are on sale now for $35 at Cliburn.org/pop-up-concerts and are also available as part of the Cliburn Essentials hybrid subscription package.

“This series launched last fall as a fresh way to bring our community together for live music,” said Jacques Marquis, Cliburn president and CEO. “People have loved the atmosphere so much that we’ve sold out every concert. It’s been another step to bringing classical music to new audiences: Texas skies, exceptional artists, and a nice drink—what could be better!”

On September 30, 2021, the Cliburn will announce a spring return to the Cliburn Concerts format, though with marked changes—including a mix of traditional venues like the Kimbell Art Museum and the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth with more casual outdoor venues, due to the overwhelmingly positive response.

Cliburn Pop-Up Concerts are sponsored by Sewell Automotive Companies.
