2009 finalist Mariangela Vacatello demonstrates her favorite Italian recipes at Central Market with the Cliburn 180°s

Central Market generously hosted Cliburn 180 for a cooking class centered around one of the finalist from the Thirteenth Van Cliburn International Piano Competition, Mariangela Vacatello from Italy. Along with classical music, she is extremely passionate about cooking. Central Market prepared and demonstrated Mariangela's favorite family recipe, involtini meat rolls, along with other Italian recipes paired with wine, cheese and fruit. Mariangela spoke to members about her love of cooking to music as she recommended her recent favorite classical music pieces.
